Currently I’m the founding product designer at Whippy, building the platform from the ground up. It’s now used by over 1,000 companies, most of them enterprise.
In six months, I brought Thunder to Whippy’s dashboard through a phased migration, validating components on less-used pages before moving to core workflows. By preserving proven layouts and targeting usability gaps, we retired legacy code and established a consistent foundation for engineers and AI agents to build on.
My work on Whippy’s campaigns began with a clearer builder, guiding customers through writing a message, choosing an audience, and scheduling a send. Customer feedback then shaped a new campaign calendar, giving teams a shared view of what’s going out and when, with day, week, and month views and drag-to-reschedule controls.
I redesigned Whippy’s agent builder from a dense editor into a structured workspace, where a customer writes the system prompt, talks to the agent, and publishes when it sounds right. Their live agent kept answering calls while they shaped the next version.
I set the design direction for Whippy’s call flows, which already routed calls but were confusing and error-prone, around a visual builder that shows the path of a call. The team rebuilt the backend around that direction, customers got a much clearer workflow, and support tickets dropped significantly.
